Typically, when you sign up for a Froomz.com account, in order to complete the registration process, you will get an email confirmation which will instruct you to take the step to complete your registration. In the event that you do not receive an email confirmation, it may be caused by several factors:

  1. Your email server has deemed Froomz.com emails as Junk. Please check your junk email file or your trash file to ensure that the email was not misdirected.
  2. You were so excited about signing up for Froomz.com that you kept hitting the Send/Receive button in your email program and nothing showed up. Sometimes patience is a virtue, and if you continue to hit the Send/Receive button it actually will cause the confirmation email to take longer to get to you.
  3. You have searched high and low, and still the email never came. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and we will now need to ask you to contact support@froomz.com directly and describe the problem that you are having. They will do everything in their power to assist you.
