- At the Homepage – www.froomz.com or Any Page – Click on MyFroomz – in the upper hand corner.
- Click on Manage Clients under the Dashboard.
- Scroll Down to the Client you wish to view.
- Click on View to the right of the Client.
- Click on the Contact History tab – Enter a New Note.
- To Enter a New Note:
- Click on the Date and select a date from the pop up calender
- Utilize the drop down menu to select the Type of Contact: Phone, Email, Fax, Mail
- Enter the Note regarding the contact.
- Click on Save Note.
