Upon creating your booking, and accepting the Terms and Conditions and Cancellations Policy, you will receive a confirmation email from Froomz.com regarding your booking. In some instances, the confirmation will be tentative and based upon whether or not the Venue has selected Tentative Booking, Instant Booking, or RFP as a condition of booking. In the event that the Venue has selected Tentative Booking or RFP, the venue has 48 hours to respond to your request. Additionally, the venue will need to confirm your booking or Accept that booking which may require a short wait until you receive the confirmation email.
