Froomz.com accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. A credit card payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure the booking that you desire. We do not accept payment via check, money order or cash, or currently through Paypal or other online payment systems.
Payment is for the costs associated with the Booking of the Venue and is based upon the parameters that have been selected. There are no additional charges that will be added to the payment by Froomz.com that have not been designated by the Venue that you will be booking.
Payment is typically a percentage of the overall cost of the event, unless the Venue has designated that they require Froomz.com to collect 100% of the total due. In most cases, Venues will have designated a percentage of the total due that Froomz.com will collect. For example, the total cost of the event being booked is $1500.00. The venue has designated that Froomz.com collect 20% of the $1500.00. The amount that will be charged to your credit card will be $300.00. The Venue will collect the remainder of any monies due through future arrangement.
Please note that while Froomz.com collects a percentage or deposit for the Venue that is booked, the remaining costs where the Venue has not instructed Froomz.com to collect the entire amount, will be collected by the Venue itself based upon parameters that have been set up by the Venue. The remaining balance for your booking collected by the Venue will be between the Venue and yourself, unless the Venue has instructed Froomz.com to collect the final balance due.
