1. Go to www.froomz.com
  2. Select What? –  Utilize the drop down menu for – The Event Type that you are looking for.
  3. Select Where? – Utilize the drop down menu to select the location or region of the venue that you seek.
  4. Select When? – Click on the Calendar Date for your event.
  5. Click on Find to start the search for venues meeting your criteria.
  6. Locate a venue that meets your criteria from the search list.
  7. Click on Select for the Venue that you wish to book.
  8. Enter the Event Name – on the right hand side of the screen – Event names should be descriptive, i.e., John’s Birthday
  9. Select the Room Configuration – Utilize the drop down menu to let the venue know what type of set up you will require.
  10. Enter the Expected Attendees. Note: The maximum capacity for the room configuration of the venue.
  11. Select the Type of Event – Utilize the pull down menu.
  12. Click on Book Now.
  13. Select the Pricing Package that best suits your needs.
  14. Select the Timing for your event. Place your cursor at the starting time and drag your cursor to the ending time. Note: some venues have set hours included in their pricing. The minimum and maximum event lengths are displayed.  For example: if the venue has a minimum of 4 hours, and the time of your event is from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. Position cursor at 8:00 am and drag it to 11:30 am – 12:00 pm.
  15. Enter your Phone Number – required.
  16. Enter any Notes that will provide additional information to the venue that you required.
  17. Select any Amenities that you require by using the Check Box to the left of the Amenity.
  18. Note the Costs and the Down Payment that is calculated.
  19. Click on Continue.
  20. Enter your Credit Card information.
  21. Read Terms of Use.
  22. Click on the Check Box that you have read the Cancellation Policy for the Venue.
  23. Click on Submit.
  24. You will receive a confirmation email.
  25. View your booking at the My Froomz page.
