There are so many pricing packages available. How do I choose what’s best for me?

Yes, the age-old question, what is the best choice to make? While we would love to be able to look into our crystal ball and tell you what would be the best option for you, unfortunately, that is dependent upon so many factors specific to your event.

Many of our venues have multiple packages to choose from, so the decision can be daunting. In considering your options, we suggest the following approach.

  1. Start with defining your budget – how much money can you reasonably afford to spend on your event. For some, the skies the limit, but for most of us, we have a specific budget in mind and we do not wish to move above that, unless the place is so spectacular that you cannot resist overspending.
  2. Write down all of the items that are important to you for selecting a venue. These are the items or must haves in order to make your venue a success. For example: you may wish to choose a venue that has on premise catering vs. a venue that you have to bring your own caterer. Or you may require a venue that has a view and you are willing to bring your own caterer in.

There are no hard and fast rules for selecting the best package price, only selecting a venue and price that fits within your means and meets your needs. You may find that no venue will fit every need that you have within the budget that you have available, and it may require you to compromise some things on your list.
