This section provides the detailed information that venues will use to create and edit pricing packages to present to potential clients. We have provided a flexible facility in which information can be presented either through renting rooms by the hour, the day, a specified period of time, through combinations of room rental and Food and Beverage Minimums, by attendance or combination of attendance and room rental. This area will enable the venue to create as many pricing packages as they require specific to their particular venue.  Additionally, venues will have the ability to create seasonal packages that they can utilize for special promotions or at specific times of the year to promote new business, or capture additional business not readily accessible to them. To make the generation of pricing packages easier for the venue, we have developed a process whereby the venue can copy an existing pricing package where some of the information may stay the same, and other information will require minor edits.
