The Payment Profile on Froomz.com is designed to provide information to Froomz.com on how the venue requests that Froomz.com transfers monies collected to the venue once a venue is booked. To access the Payment Profile:
- Go to www.froomz.com.
- Click on MyFroomz – located in the upper left hand side of your screen.
- Click on Payment Profile under the Froomz Dashboard – located on the left hand side of your screen.
- Click on the appropriate radial button – Check or ACH – For check – a check will be sent directly to the venue address listed in the payment profile. ACH – monies will be transferred directly into the Venue’s bank account. For ACH, you will need a company check with Routing Number, and Bank Account Number.
- Fill out all of the remaining fields completely to avoid any issues.
- Click on Submit to save the information.
