Froomz.com charges 12% of the cost of the deposit that is requested at the time of booking. For example, if the total cost for the event is $1500.00 and the venue has requested that Froomz.com collects 100% of the total due, then the cost to the venue would be $180.00. If the cost of the event is $1500.00 and the venue has requested that Froomz.com collects a 20% deposit at the time of booking, then the cost to the venue would be $36.00.0

The venue may request that Froomz.com collects a flat rate fee at the time of booking. For example, if the total event cost is $1500.00 and the venue requests that Froomz.com collects $100.00, then the cost to the venue would be $12.00.

Any additional monies other than 100% of the total due is collected directly from the customer through alternate arrangements between the venue and the customer.

Froomz.com enables the venue to set the amount of deposit to be collected, and we charge 12% of the deposit amount to be collected at the time of booking.

If the venue does not request Froomz.com to collect any monies at the time of booking, then it would be up to the venue to collect the entire amount that is due.
