Froomz.com has developed a comprehensive cancellation policy which venues may elect to utilize. Additionally, Froomz.com enables the venue to select from the following types of cancellation policies:

  1. Flexible
  2. Moderate
  3. Strict Super
  4. Strict
  5. Custom (ViewPolicies)

Enables you to provide greater detail about your cancellation policy, or to copy and paste your cancellation policy into the space provided.

To Access the Cancellation Policies – Follow these steps:

  1. At the Homepage – http://www.froomz.com or Any Page – Click on Manage your Venue – in the upper right hand.
  2. Locate the location that you would like to edit or change.
  3. Click on Edit Basic Information.
  4. Scroll down to Cancellation Policies.
  5. Click on the Radial button that best fits your Venue’s Cancellation Policy. Or you may enter your own in the text field provided either by typing it in or copying and pasting.
  6. Click on the Submit button to save your work.
