This refers to providing information to the Venue Seeker about the room and whether or not there will be privacy concerns. Some Venues book out space as semi-private vs. private. This field will enable the Venue to denote the privacy settings.

  1. At the Homepage – www.froomz.com or Any Page – Click on Manage your Venue – in the upper right hand.
  2. Locate the location that you would like to edit or change.
  3. Click on Edit Basic Information.
  4. Scroll Down to:  Privacy.
  5. Click on the radial button to the left of  Private or Shared or Partitioned or Outdoor. Note: you can only select one of these settings per listing.

 Note: Make sure to hit the Submit button once you have made the appropriate changes otherwise the information will not be saved.
