I booked something in the wrong room or listing, how do I transfer it to an alternate listing or room?

Unfortunately, there is no way that you can transfer one booking from one room to another room in your venue. You will need to delete or remove the booking and begin the process of creating a new booking. Follow these steps:

  1. At the Homepage – www.froomz.com or Any Page – Click on Manage your Venue – in the upper right hand.
  2. Click on Dashboard on the left hand side of the screen.
  3. Locate the booking that you wish to remove.
  4. Click on the booking information.
  5. Click on Cancel this Booking.
  6. Click on Cancel this Booking. Again.
  7. Your booking will be cancelled.
  8. At the Homepage – www.froomz.com or Any Page – Click on Manage your Venue – in the upper right hand.
  9. Click on View Calendar under the listing that you want to view the calendar.
  10. Click on the Calendar date that you wish to view or add information to.
  11. Position your cursor on the Date and Time on the calendar that you wish to book something into.
  12. Double Click on the Start Time.
  13. Select the Room or Listing from the drop down menu that this booking or appointment is for.
  14. Click on Select – Select from Current Packages.
  15. Select the appropriate package.
  16. Select the radial button for either Use a defined packaged/price structure or Free form booking.
  17. Enter the Event Name in the field provided.
  18. Select the Room Configuration from the drop down menu.
  19. Enter the Expected Attendees in the field provided. Note: the room capacity under the Room Configuration field. You should not exceed this number.
  20. Utilize the drop down menu to select Type of your Event.
  21. Enter any Notes about the booking in the field provided.
  22. Click on the radial button to Select and existing Client or create a new client.
  23. Click Submit.
