Here you will have the ability to add up to five documents pertaining to the particular pricing package that you are working on. These documents can be anything pertaining to the pricing package such as the menus for buffet, sit down, cocktail reception. Additional pictures of your venue, or driving instructions. We suggest that the documents that are uploaded be consistent with the particular pricing package that it pertains. Additionally, it is suggested that you upload PDF documents vs. .doc documents as the Venue Seeker will have the ability to download these documents.
- At the Homepage – www.froomz.com or Any Page – Click on Manage your Venue – in the upper right hand.
- Click on Edit Schedule/Prices
- Click on Edit to the right of the screen next to the package that you wish to Edit.
- Scroll down to Attach Files.
- Click on Upload a new File.
- Click on Browse.
- Locate the appropriate file on your computer.
- Double Click on the file to be uploaded.
- Click on Upload.
- Click on Close this Window.
- Your files should show in a list below the Upload a New File.
- Click on Submit to Save your changes.
- To delete a file upload – Click on the Delete button to the right of the file to be deleted.
- Click on Submit to Save your changes.
